Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Natro Team ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Natro Macro software and website (collectively, the "Services").

By downloading, installing, or using the Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and you must discontinue use immediately.

License and Use

Open Source License

Natro Macro is free and open-source software licensed under the GNU General Public License version 3.0 (GPL-3.0). The full text of this license is available in the LICENSE.md file included with the software.

Under this license, you are free to:

  • Use the software for any purpose
  • Study how the software works and modify it
  • Distribute copies of the software
  • Distribute modified versions of the software

However, you must comply with the terms of the GPL-3.0 license, including:

  • Providing the source code when distributing the software
  • Maintaining the same GPL-3.0 license for derivative works
  • Clearly marking any modifications you make
  • Including the original copyright and license notices

Permitted Use

You may use Natro Macro for personal, non-commercial purposes in connection with the Roblox game "Bee Swarm Simulator." You agree to use the software responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
  • Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the software in violation of the GPL-3.0 license
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
  • Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Distribute modified versions without proper attribution and source code
  • Claim the software as your own original work
  • Use the Services in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the software or interfere with any other party's use

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Services and all content (excluding the GPL-3.0 licensed software code) are our proprietary property. The software code itself is licensed under GPL-3.0, allowing you to use, modify, and distribute it under that license's terms.

The Natro Macro name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of the Natro Team. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission, except as necessary to comply with the GPL-3.0 license attribution requirements.

Third-Party Services and Content

Roblox and Bee Swarm Simulator

Natro Macro is designed to work with Roblox and the Bee Swarm Simulator game. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or the creators of Bee Swarm Simulator. Use of the software in connection with these platforms is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms of service.

Discord

We use Discord for community communication. When you join our Discord server, you are subject to Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES AND YOUR USE THEREOF.

We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the Services' content or the content of any websites linked to the Services and we will assume no liability or responsibility for any:

  • Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content
  • Personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of the Services
  • Unauthorized access to or use of our servers
  • Interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services
  • Bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the Services
  • Errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Breach of these Terms and Conditions
  • Any breach of your representations and warranties set forth in these Terms and Conditions
  • Your violation of the rights of a third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights
  • Any harmful act toward any other user of the Services with whom you connected via the Services

User Data and Privacy

We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your computer system when using Natro Macro. We recommend:

  • Only downloading the software from official sources
  • Keeping your system and antivirus software up to date
  • Using strong passwords for your Roblox account
  • Not sharing your account credentials with others
  • Being cautious about modified versions from unofficial sources

Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. However, we have no obligation to update any information on our Services.

We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Services, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.

Community Guidelines

When participating in our community (website, Discord, or other platforms), you agree to:

  • Be respectful and courteous to other community members
  • Not post spam, advertisements, or promotional content without permission
  • Not share malicious software or links
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Follow platform-specific rules (e.g., Discord's Community Guidelines)
  • Report violations of these guidelines to moderators

Contributions and User-Generated Content

If you contribute to the open-source project or share content in our community:

  • You retain ownership of your contributions
  • You grant us and the community the right to use your contributions under the GPL-3.0 license
  • You confirm that you have the right to share your contributions
  • Your contributions become publicly available and may be used by others under the GPL-3.0 license

Termination

These Terms and Conditions remain in effect while you use the Services. We reserve the right to deny access to the Services to anyone for any reason at any time, particularly for violations of these Terms and Conditions.

If we terminate or suspend your access to our community platforms (such as Discord) for any reason, you are prohibited from creating new accounts under your name, a fake name, or the name of any third party.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the Services will be resolved in accordance with such laws.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concern or dispute about the Services, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us through our contact form or Discord community.

Corrections

There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time, without prior notice.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and the GPL-3.0 license, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use the Services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Services.
